How do you approach the design process?

We first establish a dialog with you, to learn about your project goals and issues. Then internally we research and formulate solutions, and our designers create different layouts for your company to review. Your team then selects the concept that is most appropriate for your business. From there, we refine the idea you chose and start implementing and developing the product to test it and put it online. It’s a very collaborative process in which our team of creative designers and developers turn your input and feedback into to an exceptional final result.

How do you determine the cost of the project?

Each project has a different timeline and requirements, that’s why we create custom estimates based on work hours. Every estimate is based on an evaluation of the number of pages and/or tools to be created and the number of hours that the designer and developer will spend on the project. We will always provide you with either a proposal or an estimate of the hours.

What information do you need from us?

We need your company vision and what do you want to communicate with the site or product, we want your main goals or concerns. We need to know why do you want our services, your ideas and aspirations. We also need to know your timeline and what features do you want to include in your project.

How do you present the project to us?

Our team will meet with you in person or via online conferencing every couple of weeks to go trough the work and make decisions on the process. First, we decide on a design solution and then we start developing approved comps. At every major stage we present you image comps for approval. Once the product is developed and approved you will be able to test it online before it goes live.
